David forgot to tell Santa that he wanted a rocket so we sent him a letter yesterday.

Most of the tile is in. They will grout today but have to finish up the rest of the tile after the cabinet and countertop go in. We will be back in our house for good tonight. Yeah!
Love that Greta wore her Snow White dress. She was so excited when Snow White came out.

David watched with amazement and sat the whole time. He really loved it. Especially because he got to sit between Bobby and Gretzky.
Mikko played with trains most of the time. He also loved to drink water out of David's water bottle. He was like a little hummingbird.

That is a little better - we were far enough away from Santa so that Mikko stopped crying.

We stopped to check out Daddy's work before heading to Grandma Carol's. Daddy and Aaron got the bathroom completely gutted day 1. 
Mikko got to eat M&Ms at 6:30 am - so that was a good start to the day!
St. Nick is good. He knew to find us in Chanhassen at Grandma Carol's house. We are staying there while Damon is remodeling the bathroom. Thanks St. Nick.

I am always rejoiceful when I can quickly put together a train track that matches up.
Every year we plan a day to get the kids together to craft, bake and play games. This year we packed so much stuff in. We got it all done, the kids had a blast and the mommies only had one beer to make it through! We were bummed Leah couldn't join us : ( Next year!
Every year the kids make a special gift for Grandma and Grandpa. This year they painted an old window we had in our basement. They painted deer and trees, just like their favorite scene out the window at the Shack. We know G & G will absolutely love it. Each kid had a special part that they painted on it.
On to ornament making.
