Playtime with Sophia

On Saturday we went over to Grandma and Grandpa's to visit. Sophia was staying overnight. She sure is a cutie. David got a few lessons on being careful around babies. He would have plowed over her if there weren't 3 adults watching him. She watched him zoom by over and over.

Grandma and Grandpa came over to see the progress upstairs and to see David's new bed. They brought over Broadway Pizza. Here is a cute picture of them!

Upstairs Progress

We are finishing our attic space into a bedroom for me and Damon. We are hoping it will be done before the baby is born so that the baby will have a room. We are on target for that to happen so cross your fingers. Here are some pictures of the framing and subfloor work that Damon and my Dad did. Corey (Mandy's husband) came over and did our wiring. We are so excited about the progress made in one week!

Empire Garrison CD Release Show

Winter trip to The Shack

David was very interested in watching me sew. Grandma watched David a lot so I could get some "me" time in - always important!
VERY BIG WOLF Print that Damon and Grandpa found in the woods. There are many wolves around the shack. Luckily none of them ate Jimmy and Foxy.
I couldn't find David and after looking around...here he was...in the cabinet w/ the dog treats.
Foxy sure got lots of treats!
Damon, David and Grandpa drove through the woods to where Grandpa's friend Jerry was doing some logging. David got to sit in the front seat and eat fruit snacks and looked out for wolves.
