First Trip to Target Field

Notice the surgical gloves they are wearing. Dick had them in his pocket from work but they got so cold they decided to wear them. We were laughing so hard because the people around them probably thought they were complete germophobes.

Tonight I went to my first game at Target Field with Britta, Sheryl and Dick. What a time we had! We were all smiles the whole time. What a ballpark. I love baseball and have been a huge Twins fan for many years. I look forward to many years of games in the summer sun. It got very chilly as the evening went on, but there were no complaints! I was so happy to have my first experience at the new ballpark with my most wonderful Falls friends!

Bobby, Greta and Auntie Carrie came over for dinner on Sunday. We grilled brats and hot dogs and enjoyed the lovely weather.

David had a busy day today. Grandma Carol took him to Toys R Us because they were having a Thomas the Train Day. Then they brought McDonalds back to the house and we ate outside because it was such a beautiful day. Mandy then came over with Leah and they went to Como Zoo. While they were gone Mikko took a wonderful nap so I got to sew some bibs and we watched the Twins win again! I didn't have any of my bibs for Mikko so I got 4 done for him today! When the crew returned from the zoo, Mandy and Leah stayed for dinner. It was a fun-filled family day!

Friday Night at Home

David got a new Matching Game that is Cars themed. He has been SO good doing all his medicines, inhalers and nebulizers that I thought he deserved a present.

We were supposed to go to the Shack this weekend : ( but couldn't because I got sick and David was still on the mend. We are both doing much better now and looking forward to a weekend with nothing else on the calendar. No gigs for Damon even. We'll miss the Shack, but hopefully will get to go soon.

Mikko - 11 Months

Mikko is 11 months old today. The pictures today were pretty tough as Mikko's nose is like a faucet. Our house has been hit with the Spring bug.

Mikko is now pulling himself up on everything. He has a fascination with drawers, and slamming his fingers into them. He is a very active boy. Damon thinks he is going to be a mountain climber when he grows up. He is 20 lb 3 oz. which means when he turns a year we can turn his car seat around!

I can't believe my next post will be 1 Year. My babies are growing up :) and :(

We went over to Mandy's for Easter Dinner. What a Saint she is. She is a Vegetarian but she cooked us all a ham. We had a wonderful time with all the kids who were all dressed up in their Easter Best!
